Guideline Teacher


Lesson notes of individual teacher may be inspected by the Principal and the Director of Higher Education. They are to be maintained in the prescribed registers.

Departmental Progress Registers :

The Departmental Progress Register must be submitted to the Principal every month (after duly counter signed) by the heads of the concerned departments.

Notification of Shortage of Monthly Attendance and Marks of College Examination : 
It is the responsibility of the teacher in charge of the concerned department to notify the shortage of monthly attendance and marks secured by the Students in that after due counter signature of the H.O.D.

Answer Scripts of College Examinations :

The answer scripts of the College Examinations are to be kept in safe custody in respective department and are to be sent to the College office.

Tabulation :

They are to ensure that marks are received from the individual examiners within 14 days of all Examinations is their responsibilities to remind the defaulting departments through the Principal for early submission of marks publication of the results of all Examinations must be completed within 21 days of the said Examination.

College Examination :

The Tabulators must acquaint themselves with the relevant Examination Rules of C.H.S.E. and Utkal University.

Officers in charge of Timetable :

It is their responsibility to see that the general Tutorial and Practical Classes are held as early as Possible and arrangements are made for the same on the approval of the Principal.

College Magazine and Calendar :

The Chief Editor is to see that orders for printing are placed in time each year one Calendar and Magazine are made available to Students every year at the beginning of the session.

Proctorial Works :

Steps should be taken by each proctor to correct delinquent students (those falling short of attendance, avoiding Examinations. Having bad performance in the Examinations, creating disturbance in the College etc) must be mentioned in detail in the proctorial Book Dates giving Roll Numbers, Name, on which erring Students have been warned verbally or in writing and the number of items parents or guardians informed about the matter and the signature of individual students must be recorded in the proctorial books.
